Shallow form with well decorated and a
profile of two fishes swimming amid water
weeds or floral on decorated band framed
by blue lines below the floral or water
weed meander on the cavetto, the reverse
finished with jeweled lappets and the
recessed base coated with brown wash
(fine condition with some minor
staining and glaze degradation).
There is a little chipped on the side
of the plate.

This item was found in one of the Chinese Trading Junk Shipwreck in Dong Son. As you can see there are still glaze on this piece,
and it is in excellent condition, as it is shown in the picture.
This is a pretty big piece and it is in family for more than thirty year. This item is over 800 years old and was probably laid under the
sea for ages.
